What is a Co-op?
A housing cooperative is a group of people who form a corporation to provide housing services for themselves.
Unlike other housing types, co-op living fosters a community within a community.
Co-ops are democratically managed, with members voting to elect a board of directors responsible for day-to-day operations.
All members share in both the benefits and responsibilities of co-op
